If every craft throughout the whole system 100% and actually do all of our jobs Jv will be gone in less than a year. Nothing would move. Nobody cares anymore. Constantly on edge. Everyone is managed through data for “productivity” leverage. Management just buries their head in the sand pertaining to safety and FRA violations. We don’t care about the board of directors and they know it. The feeling is mutual. They’re more concerned with what you say outside of work and what you put in your body during your off time than you actually doing your job. It’s all about the shareholders profits and their woke bs ESG score. Just wait until they start using biometrics and tracking, the first tier of management will not exist. Things aren’t going to get better so most of us just don’t care anymore. We live in a corporate oligarchy not a constitutional republic. Corporations are NOT individuals.
That would require people to actually do there job and everyone I work with can't get there sh-t together long enough to even make a 8hr shift run smooth
