It is funny to see that when one specific SLT member is mentioned, the topics are deleted. Just sad, you are OK destroying lives with layoffs but can’t handle being held accountable.

Most of the time it’s the MODs doing it because you can’t curse or use full names when referring to people, some posters forget that
JD in HR accelerated the toxicity and hostility in 2020. In my 40 yrs in corporate America, JD is the worst and most destructive HR head I've ever experienced.
You are barking up the wrong tree, SLTs aren't the ones doing the deletions. It's obvious they have no influence over the narrative here as most of the writings on layoff.com portray them in a negative light. Site mods are the ones nixing some posts as swears and insults aren't allowed. If something you've written got deleted, rephrase it so it complies with the site's ToS and post it again.
Agree they can’t handle the truth
