Have now seen multiple examples of people laid off from Dish and now brought back to Boost in a lower role and pay. Absolutely pathetic move by the company. Sad that people are so desperate they have to do this but the people I know that this has happened to really drank the kool-aid and deserve it. Their “skills” wouldn’t translate at a real company anyways

I worked for Dish 9 years and got laid off yesterday so more to come
Dish is a total sc-mbag company doing this to people.
It's obvious they've laid off too many people for the amount of work they're still trying to tackle.
During the time I was at Dish I knew many employees, myself included, who were badly mistreated by the company.
I don't wish anyone ill, but when Charlie Ergen & Dish finally go bankrupt not too many people will lose sleep over it.
P.s., All Dish really provides is what you'd refer to as cat·a·stroph·ic insurance.
I wouldn’t call what Dish provides “healthcare covered”
If healthcare is covered, then people will take the job even if it's less pay. Healthcare costs a lot of money out of your own pocket when you don't have a job in USA.
