People here are scared of their shadows, lacking a backbone to stand up for outright arrogance.
This is not a company you get a gold watch for retiring from, after 25 years. You get a swift kick in the head, from an iron boot. They are only interested in their agenda, and Lord help you if you disagree with them.
This is by far the most militaristic company that i have ever experienced. Short of the actual military itself. I didn’t join the army. I am not infantry. Stop treating people like useless mo--ns and respect people for what they are.
It’s not that hard to do people.
