No team is safe @Q , and no manager can be trusted @Q, no matter what they say. Don't look for something that isn't there.

Working at Ireland with any team is safe. There is no layoffs and In couple of years people get promoted ( Needn't work hard for promotion, gain is pay rise and increase in RSU).
