Safest team is Program Management, no work!!
You can do another job in parallel :-)
Your current manager has to approve your team transition, regardless.
Retired team is the safest.
Israeli teams are probably safe until the end of the war; can’t imagine them doing a large layoff during a war.
QCA california. China team impact was deadly but Bay Area impact was minimal.

Working at Ireland with any team is safe. There is no layoffs and In couple of years people get promoted ( Needn't work hard for promotion, gain is pay rise and increase in RSU).
