I'm curious who/what Broadcom considers indispensable.

32 from my team in CIO. 1 remains but got shunted over to EUC - new boss and no real work.
What is DEI?
The new flavor of systemic racism.
What is DEI?
They let go 9 of 10 people on my team. I left before the culling started.
My team left untouched, but later on exodus has begun...
Don't get me wrong, many of them are still there, but pretty good number just quit.
I was on a team of 8 and only 3 are left. Two of them are looking to leave.
Only EUC was left alone, because of the intent to divest. Not sure on Carbon Black but I think they're in the same boat. Otherwise, everyone else got hit.
Putting it mildly, It’s a sh*tshow atm. To many it’s basically starting a new job with new manager and team mates.
Our team got completely decimated. Only 3 engineers including me remained out of a 10 member team.
At first yes, but some reassortment, without layoff. So far. Engineering.
No one is indispensable
Many teams left untouched in the VCF division
No group was left untouched. Very talented and in some cases critical developers were let go. Too many managers remain. The same clueless ones will continue to cause us to fail in the new world order.
