Constraints yield outcomes: Christa is quoted about the looming recession, yet she supports a culture where first she has direct hired her friends and next door neighbor and given them c-level positions. Then allowed the CTO and CRO to direct hire people they worked with at previous companies with VP titles.
Otherwise clouded by choice: Because of all added Chiefs and VPs the operations budget is clouded with non-essential employees who have brought zero relevance to the the company.
Go further with less: Everyone at Alludo is waiting for less layoffs since they began in 2022. The odd thing is while CEO Christa Quarles is busy giving yet another talking head interview litter with self promotion, she is demonstrating that she herself should spend less time giving useless interviews.
