- Be mediocre. Excellence is threatening.
- Leadership requires you to do what JC says (vs does), if that ends you in a precarious legal position, so be it.
- Believe you are premier, even when no one else does. Believing Apache is great, when all signs point otherwise, shows resilience.
- Listen to JC, MM, BJ. They aren't suited to be administrative assistants anywhere else, but at Apache they matter.
Were they not planning to announce career framework phase 2 way ahead of 2024? We have only 1 day left...
There is a small cut that was originally planned for early December but was delayed to the middle of January.
Some people are being cut in redundancy in North Sea. Not sure about the amount but one person said their last day was Friday
