I'm so tired of it all. Such a horrible company and horrible management.

I was cut last June along with 3 co-workers. All of us over age 50. They all left. Sorry I sought and accepted another position. This company gets worse everyday.
The poster on 30+ years working should retire- you must be a male accustomed to having “kept” woman at home or someone who is clueless how women in the modern world having to contribute to double duty of holding down a job on top of taking care of family. Not everyone has a cushy job of $20M + a year like the top guy ..
If you’ve been working 30 plus years then it’s time to retire girly.
By means of maturity please stand up for yourself. Also, if you don’t feel like that will do anything, then I suggest a sit down with yourself and your director if you have one to discuss options.Sadly upper management and executives don’t care and will gladly take the fines and slaps on the wrist. If they get caught with targeting and harassment, so it’s kind of a dual sided situation. Lastly, if you have legitimate evidence of such please consult an attorney.
