While the bonuses are large for the corporate greed, the benefits of working at the Carolina plants have definitely declined. The couldn't afford the military appreciation dinner, the Christmas dinner or the anniversary appreciation dinners. They have taken out the cafeterias and done away with giving anything for retirement with the company. But look at their insight pages and all the companies out of the US are having parties and dinners and appreciation celebration every month. It's almost embarrassing telling people we work here the way things have crashed over the past 5 years.

There will definitely be more layoffs. My guess is that OWN will be hit hard -- their business is in free fall with 5G having turned out to be a total nothing-burger and now that our partner Nokia is being kicked out of AT&T, Ericsson/Kathrein will become their primary passive antenna supplier which will accelerate OWN's decline. Ruckus growth will not last much longer, and OneCell has always been a cool technology but a money loser for us. At the end of the day, what Chuck and Kyle really want is for a few thousand people to voluntarily leave -- this would save on severance costs. But if they have to pay severance to achieve future savings, they will do it. So it is definitely coming.

OWN!
Assuming that NICS and ANS are sold before the next ER. If not, the buck will stop with Chuck & Kyle.
