If you're smart and have options, now's the time to leave. With our current management, things can only get worse, not better. I've been searching for a new job for just a few weeks and I found that there are plenty of opportunities available. I advise everybody to take advantage of that while it is still true.

Why have so many Managers that we don’t need that would save the Corporation money instead of taking things away from employees we don’t need : or 4 managers in every Department
The saying is "Get Woke, Go Broke," but I think broke companies go woke in order to hide the fact they are broke!
I’m not impressed with Timmy Boy’s email for his 2024 commitment. Seems like a waste of money on for a high CEI score rather than getting the company back on track to make money.
Companies only focus on this so no one pays attention to the corporate suite corruption or budget wasting. Too bad it doesn’t work anymore.
TRUTH. Left after a very long tenure. New company both leveled me higher and STARTED me Day1 at a higher salary.
How pathetic is that???
