We don’t have time to make most of the repairs is why they’re aren’t getting fixed. Train set times and departure gives us enough time to half a-s an air test and off it goes. We did it to ourselves? No. Cutting the craft down and expecting everyone to be issued a magic wand to and do it all fix, inspect and air test is not feasible. Not even close. Other crafts always complain about mechanical and seem to be clueless on what the jobs actually require. The crafts don’t work as whole to be most efficient. Instead management pushes hurry up and be most efficient in your own craft while screwing the next. The place is a joke.

yep sad thing is yard guys at minimum in productivity.V-na will not tolerate guys doing h-lf as- inspections to be in office on phone when many yard repairs being looked over. mechanical does it to themselves.Keep letting b/o only be generated by computers you will wish you knew how to do your jobs
