Does anyone know why race and gender are prominently displayed on the Talent Profile in Workday?
What do these data points have to do with “talent”?

SMH....it is an F'ed up world we live in.
They don’t ask age though? In some states, even family status is a protected class.
To help with statistical analysis of demographic impact during the next layoff. They don't want to get sued...
