If there isn't any money for bonuses or raises, then ratings are irrelevant. Does anyone know the formula for determining such? Like if you are rated a 1, you get x pct, 2 y pct, etc.? I've been rated 1, 2 and 3 throughout my career here but seem to have obtained the same bonus amount each year regardless.

Get decent bonus and maybe a raise. Nothing else matters.

3 isn’t bad. It’s good, average. But you’re aiming for a 2 or 1

Post ID: @1aes+1qei3hVi: Are you saying that 3s is considered bad? Never seen such a ridiculous company, in which meet expectations/valued contributor is considered bad 😀. Then why on earth are you Shi*ibank guys in such a big sht then? Haha, clowns.
