Try to have a Merry Christmas and focus on a Happy New Year. Layoffs will come we can't control that. If you 50 plus just be prepared, do your job, enjoy life but be ready. be conscious of the high cost of health insurance. If you're young, don't get caught up with thinking of a career at Dell. it's a job to provide for you and your family, it's not your best friend and Dell has no loyalty to you. Try and enjoy the holidays
