This is becoming a new trend. Jane and senior execs charting all over the world to be anywhere but near the employee base they are chilling before the mass exodus. She is just avoiding the overall problem she contributed to.

The million dollar question is how many employees will be fired in January. In 2008, Citi fired 70,000 employees. 10% today would be 24,000. 20% 48,000. Based on media reports the number could be 24,000 - 36,000. HR will be doing overtime.
