Newer employee here, someone gave me this website to keep up with “rumors”. For those of you who work here, who actually has a good manager? It seems many of the people I speak to used to love their job and now not so much.

Nothing like getting full time pay for part time work. No complaints here I can handle two days of in office to hang with my friends and tolerate the manager drones.
Lets go another day another dial. Put your cell phones away and look busy. We can do it. This is the best place ever said no one.
This group is a joke no one happy
Read the data out there. A good inside sales model is the sales model for the future for the majority of businesses out there. This latest strategy just went in opposite direction. Culture and engagement at an all time low. The destruction of lives and business continues. The SLT and SP keep getting their payouts so the plan continues.
New people have way to recent experience with other companies. They may drink it for a month or two but history will repeat and they will sp-t it out very quickly. The taste is vile and it slowly poisons you until you can’t drink it anymore.
They’re expecting the new hires to drink the fake success flavor of koolaide to save inside sales. This is the best failure of a selling model move SP has tried yet!!!
All BB did was send out surveys and su-k up to the salespeople who made fun of him for being such a terrible person and leader. Pathetic
BB was a joke. Not sure he ever talked to an actual customer the whole time he oversaw the inside sales teams.
BB tainted that well. He was the downfall of inside sales. What RG built he tore down. One center at a time.
Once a great center, it’s truly a shame. Still some good people there but no leaders anymore. Disgraceful what they did to disrespect tenure, experience, diversity and talent.
