Many of us are on vacation this week and next. Emails come to my phone, and yes, I do look. Day 4 and have been asked several times ‘if I am working’. No. I am on vacation. If ‘leadership’ of this company hadn’t cut so many jobs we wouldn’t be asked during vacation if we are working. I am done with this company. Saying bye bye in 2024.

I can assure you AVPs don’t work when it’s not the holiday season and what they are doing now to check in or send a random email is busywork to be annoying. Seriously what does the AVP really do? Except send emails and hold meetings that bring no value? Just show they are doing something. Completely disconnected from their teams and the business.
