Thread regarding Nielsen layoffs

The one thing we can’t be angry about is being laid off “unexpectedly”

The writing has been on the wall all year, folks.

They’ve been hinting at it for months with JM’s nonsensical blabbers in town halls.

If you have been reading in between the lines of what he is saying (and what all of leadership is saying) “No one’s job is safe” is something they tuck into every response when asked about layoffs.

You should have been actively looking and applying for a job since September.

Nielsen is not loyal to you no matter what you think. We are all just a number here.

Long gone are the days of “we are a people company” from David Kenny. We are now a numbers company.

I’m prepared and will be relieved when I am finally laid off. Give me my severance and let me jump off this stressful, sinking ship!

@1zxm+1q937iRq makes a good point.

JM’s ego is his own worst enemy; I miss listening to his babble.

You might be disappointed. Supposed they never lay you off?

My skin shines like porcelain and yet I am still on the plantation with you. EVERYBODY is on the plantation. You are on a plantation.

DK has always been a wolf in sheep’s clothing. Ppl fell for his crocodile tears. Not me.

re: "“we are a people company” from David Kenny

This was never true. When the message comes from leaders people believe it instead of reality.
