Winter is coming
It is a blessing in disguise. Get out of your dysfunctional relationship you know will end ugly. Don't believe every town hall/quarterly financial "the worst is over, no more layoffs"...should have learned management lies years ago.
Expect more good hard workers to be laid off while the Directors, Sr. Directors, AVPs, VPs, ++ remain receiving their hefty bonuses, RSUs, etc. while contributing no revenue growth but quick to cut headcount to keep margin flat or even make it appear better than last year...fake growth.
