CVS Can the “Heroes” Get some Pizzas for Christmas

CVS the clown company of the retail world once again proves how they care about the employees they were calling “heroes “ to 16 months ago with their “hero” bonus. Now they wont even buy the stores a pizza or allow any food for the holiday workers unless paid for out of pocket by the employees themselves.Disgusting, gross and just continues to show they do not value any of the employees. Wake up people its time to leave.

Little Caesars or dominos, please don’t add crazy bread there is a budget that must be maintained. Corporate having holiday get togethers with steak and drinks. The 2 class system fully engaged The peons must work harder with less help to fill the pockets of the kings and queens at the top. Don’t ask for more be happy with the crumbs they sprinkle to the peasants.

on the aetna side of things, we got an ugly 50 cent enamel heart pin - half purple for aetna, half red for CVS - in the mail with a postcard reminding us that caring for members is our joy. really helps justify 12-14 hour days supporting record profits, let me tell ya.

I used to have catered food for my store team and do a payout using store meetings. Pizza is a joke and not the way to show appreciation for a team who endures what they do everyday,
Especially during the holidays. I didn’t give a rats ar-e what my district leader or anyone above them thought. It was one time a year. I left a couple of years so I imagine the toxic “leaders” who run this dumpster fire have tightened the clamps and resorted to their usual micro management, threats, and intimidation playbook to make sure everyone falls in line. Leaving that place was the best decision I have ever made in my life

When actions don’t match words, us common people consider that gaslighting. Buying pizza is the least tangible thing that could be done to express appreciation.
