Team! I just wanted to sign off my hourly wage so I’m off the clock to wish each of my fellow B2B bros and sisters a merry Christmas. However, My AVP told me it is Happy Holidays not Merry Christmas. They were really worried about offending people as I was told. I guess those 500 plus people without a job over the “holidays” wasn’t offensive enough. Oh ohhhh yeaahhh. Boy my knees hurt. Wanted to wish the AVP team and above a very special “holidays” and very happy they will be getting their bonuses. The end of Christmas Vacation played out just like this place. It’s such a special time of the year. One we should alllll count our lucky stars that our AVPs took the time to reteach us how to sell. How to actually be worse at our job than we were 5 months ago. How am I doing so far AVP? Ouch my hair hurts! For the remote team members that are are alone in their apartments stuck dialing p lists that don’t work…know that you aren’t alone. We are in this TOGETHER…well at least until January rolls around and half of us quit. Have yourself…a merry little Christmas. To all…a good night!!

Sounds like someone hasn’t successfully migrated successfully to an inside dialer. Dialing for dollars not working for ya? Might want to see what better jobs are out there. Role is not going to change. And this is just temporary until the digital wave. But don’t worry marketing has been trying to figure that out for years and no one wants to get an email from Staples so no sales are going to come from that strategy so just pick up the phone and sell and don’t complain. Leaders don’t like those that have a voice so play the game and work your side gigs like everyone else on the inside or take advantage of your work life balance.
It’s good to know I was 100% all year. Starting next week I’ll be on a PIP!
