I work in AST and I'm always ask by my supervisor if I want to grow with the company. I've said yeah for the past two years but I'm wondering now that it's what at the end of the year would there even be a "promotion" from AST. My store is a flagship/high volume so AST gets hours and lots of work

If you have a lot of work, you must not work at HSQ in AST!!
My advice, get out!! Once you do, you will be thankful!!
When they cut staff and the AST supervisor role years ago, AST associate became a dead end unfortunately.
Yes you are moving on up to unemployment office
Be prepare a lot of changes coming next year.
So, what are you asking? Promotion from AST? Right now, we all will be lucky to have a job after inventory, let alone a promotion.
