It is sad. The place cares about charging money rather than helping or making people feel better. For instance, now OBGYN is a specialty when it is supposed to be a must for women. So now they are charging double if a woman wants an appointment with an OBGYN doctor. Not only that, but they do not have GOOD OBGYN doctors anymore. I couldn't believe the doctor I saw four weeks ago. He was trying to get away from doing his job as an OBGYN doctor. He was not knowledgeable about what he was doing either. Unbelievable!! But then Kaiser wants to charge more to see a doctor from that department. WTF??
Not kaiser of 10 years ago....that's for sure. More to come?
