Listening to all those earnings call analyses, you would think that Kyndryl is not only a great company with a bright future but also a company with a competitive vision. I feel like we are more in servicing mode, with a model which allows us just to stay in business and nothing more. I wonder if we will be able to survive like that.

@1ahh+1qZhxH4E You are acting like you are the owner of the company lol. By the way Kyndryl was a great company, but because of cheap unskilled labor, it went down.
Yes I do feel Kyndryl is that bad. I am just one of many loyal IBM workers. Who got pushed off to Kyndryl. I spent decades learning my job and contributing to the success of IBM. My story is not so unique. I aged out and now I am trapped in this lack luster company. I have no more loyalty left in me. Kyndryl can go down in history as the dumpster fire it is. It just has to survive long enough for me to retire and that retirement is close. The advice I give if you have marketable skills leave Kyndryl as soon as possible. Put your energy and career goals into a company that is going to be around in the next five years.
If Kyndryl is so bad what are you all doing here? Move to better companies with brighter future. Why all the time so bitter and salty about that one company?
That is the answer. Kyndryl is apparently a place for the less than ambitious. It is just like GTS was, to be honest. A plane that runs on autopilot can run for a long time, but it still needs fuel to run and a real pilot to steer the plane.
Most of the people at this place don't know what they are doing. They are just there to collect paychecks, till they let them go or this place gets shut down.
Ask yourself this question: Do you personally feel that your company has a competitive vision and a bright future?
Do you think your company will survive? You would know the answer better than any stock analyst.
