Does this mean Dallas and San Antonio contact centers will close? What about GTIC in Oldsmar?

you’ll know more at your town hall, maybe you’ll be scaled back but not fully gone. forgive my ignorance, i’m in another dept where all tech and at least some devops/product is off shore but some product and commercial is stateside. we still know nothing else.

maybe your area will be better off, but you will still squeezed, period.

never forget who bought Nielsen’s debt. Search for Paul Singer Doomsday Investor New Yorker article. They bankrupt Argentina. The entire country. They’re going after Etsy now. So if they can squeeze you into oblivion and not feel bad about it but earn off your misery, it’s them. Karthik is a figurehead.

Don't forget to check Pay and Perks: Take a look at how folks get paid and what extras they get. Make sure it matches up with how they're performing and the value they're bringing in.

Think about giving bonuses based on hitting goals and getting stuff done, especially for the folks out in the field, not just the managers and directors.

I think everyone knows Nielsen is "top-heavy," especially in AUDIO meaning it has a disproportionate number of managers, executives, or higher-level positions compared to frontline or operational staff, there are several steps it could take to address this imbalance and optimize its organizational structure:

Review Organizational Structure: Conduct a thorough review of the company's organizational structure to identify areas of redundancy or inefficiency. Evaluate whether the current distribution of roles and responsibilities aligns with the company's strategic objectives and operational needs.

Streamline Management Layers: Consider reducing the number of management layers or levels within the organization. Flatten the organizational hierarchy to improve communication, decision-making efficiency, and agility. This may involve consolidating managerial positions or empowering frontline employees with more decision-making authority.

I've been with AUDIO for a few decades and it time to shake things up.
