There are skilled fab workers... just not in the desert.
TSMC delay because US doesn't have skilled fab workers so they have to change plans to build in Japan instead.
Intel delay because too many workers don't get paid enough to feed their family and can be a victim of homeless due to bad management.
TSMC delaying their new AZ fab, too. It's not just Intel.
