Thread regarding UnitedHealth Group Inc. layoffs

So I'm a Senior A4Me advocate with the E&I division. Yesterday I had a coaching with my supervisor and they said that they received a HR complaint about me. Apparently I spoke with a member for literally two minutes and then had to transfer them to a different department because I couldn't service their call. Apparently the member went back to their HR department and complained that I was rude and left them on hold for 30 minutes. Thank God my supervisor actually listened to the call and figured out that none of the information the member told their HR department was true. Apparently the member had been transferred around by different people trying to get them to the correct department. So I'm not really sure what lead the member to mention my name to their HR person because i was definitely not the last person the member spoke with. My supervisor said that the HR complaint was completely bogus and will be completely dismissed. So thank God for that!! I love my supervisor so much!!
