The best thing to do now is to quit. I hope I get a chance to do that as soon as possible.

The losses in fluids incurred (during DP and NL’s reign) are astounding. What do you expect from Vollands hires? After all, they were castoffs from the competition….
SS (in Midland) personally reaped $20m from the Alliance sell to NDF. Does anyone really think he was motivated after that??? Only Howes would be d-mb enough to make such a stupid decision. One of many STUPID mistakes from the Woodlands….
The negative guy must be from Mats. Cause he is right. Drilling Fluids has crippled the company. To see it all you have to do is stop by one of the offices at about 2 pm and see that everyone has already left for the day or having a liquid lunch on the PCard. So much waste. Management are a bunch of losers they picked up from other successful mid companies thinking they can bring work over. In reality they are rejects. Look at DP and NL. Layoffs were a joke and they are the lucky ones. What’s really going on and why are they still severely overstaffed in WTX? You can’t save it. Especially with those guys. SS ran that division into the dirt. Newpark is just paying people to be friends with him at this point. Sad.
Can you not find a job elsewhere ? Or are you part of the problem crippling our company?
I can say with 100% certainty that after working there for over a decade and leaving that in this case the grass is definitely greener on the other side of the fence. Newpark is run by a bunch of lazy freeloaders and was never paid my worth. Tell them to get bent. Or come up with a way to get them to RIF you so you get a severance. That is the Newpark way.
