We dummies go and help you ake 10 million a year, take deliveries out to customers while the strikes are on, then you F us by freezing new hires, shutting our sample requests, expenses etc. No town hall no nothing. Your VPs don't even have the ba--s to say it publicly. But when it affected your bottom line, during the strike, town hall every 2 hrs to make us do the work. Team Up my butt.

JW Marriott had it right when he said “Take care of Associates, and they’ll take care of the customers.” That has always meant, to me, that if you take care of your Associates, they’ll take care of the customers, and everything else will fall in line. Many companies have lost sight of that.
