Heard there was a major reorganization for the ECS umbrella, especially their claims and quality departments? Can anyone confirm?

Does anybody know anything about utilization management? I'm suspecting that there will be changes later this year (layoffs) as the demand for prior authorization declines with program changes but I don't have anything to substantiate that.
Per a friend at work, few employees from Payments Integration have been let go since the beginning of 2024.
ECS = Enterprise Clinical Services
Utilization Mgmt, Medical claims review, Prior auth, etc
What is ECS???
That would be great. I do not like my manager in ECS. Please let me be reorganized. 🤣
