Got given some BS about under performing, no warning letters, no PIP, nothing. no writted evidence of my alleged poor performance either. Gave me 30 days and a kick in the guts! The vibe has changed here, do not trust the management or the marketing spin. These guys are suffering at the hands of Vast and co. Senior leadership has lost touch with post-Covid reality, not to mention totally missing the boat on AI! Avoid this place, it’s starting to rot.

I just got whacked from this creepy place—perfect timing for their big “pure water” rebrand right after being known for “public storage.” Honestly, I don’t trust this company’s leadership at all; they’ll spin any excuse to make you think they’re on your side to help moving your career forward.
Pure's technology is intriguing but I know from first hand experience the support organization is managed by folks who don't know what they are doing. Pure as a company is 15 years old, but still run much like a brand new startup that doesn't have mature internal systems and experienced management. Based on my experience with Pure Corporate, almost every thing done at Pure is done without much thought or due process, whether it in Pure Technical Support, Pure IT, Pure Engineering, Pure Peak (learning and training) or Pure HR. If you get a job at Pure, the pay is OK but you will forever be dealing with lack of well defined procedures, bad managers and capricious management decisions, that and products have been quite buggy lately.

The way some people have been told to go is gut wrenching, no warnings, no sympathy. Managers throwing everyone they don't like under the bus to save their own skins. Culture has become very toxic, very quickly. Senior leadership have sc--wed this up while running scared of VAST.
