I am happy to share in Q3 Cengage Group's top line income and EBITDA both saw significant growth. This was due in part to several factors including the unmitigated success of our digital growth strategy, the implementation of Project Horizon as well as Cengage Group being recognized as a Top 100 workplace.
As Project Horizon has not yet been fully executed, we can confidently increase our full year earnings guidance. While many of our former colleagues have already been promoted to personal CEO, we are in the process of identifying many, many additional associates who no longer fit our Cengage culture. Additionally, we continue to expand our international operations into India, Somalia and other developing countries with populations excited to work for a Top 100 employer.
