Yes, because of our good buddy M.L ATS is back. what does that mean for you in field service? Yep you got that right them dumping jobs on you at random getting four or five fiber installs a day without drops absolutely no care for safety whatsoever just pushing an agenda. I feel terrible for these guys on ladders. My God it’s just a matter of time before someone gets seriously hurt or d…. S at this job. You wait and see.

You have to remember motion equals progress to these people and moving the chess pieces around on the board in the form of reorganizing/replacing or whatever is an accomplishment they can point to and say “Look what we have done!” It doesn’t matter that it produces nothing of value, just the act of doing something is all they are interested in. This is the mark of weak, ineffective management and this company is filled with it from the highest levels on down. The mindset of micromanaging and the mindset of motion equals progress are traits of people who have absolutely no idea what they are doing.
Most Union Shops were under ATS as that got folded and morphed back into AUSA. I'm sure it will be a renegotiation but good luck with that
It had been a complete clown show since these people took over day to day operations, I mean idiocy that none of us have ever seen or could have ever predicted. But I have a feeling 2024 is going to top it all.
I take it no one unionized. Did they do this to union shops ?
