And feel good about it. Guys, don’t let them grind, exhaust and humiliate you. There are other jobs. If you can not leave right now, focus only on finding a new job. In the meantime, treat this company the same way they treated you - no effort, no consideration, cuts at every corner, do minimum required. Most importantly, don’t be anxious. You are the most important to yourself. Who cares about those a--holes?

Oh I've been done for a while now. I'm making really half-a$$ed attempts at meeting SLA's and barely even reading my email anymore. LOL. If somebody needs me, they can ping me. Im too busy looking for other jobs.
I'm not putting any numbers in my phone or making it any easier on these fu--s.
I was told to take a number by my manager and load it into my phone and answer when it calls.
Aren't we all?
We’ll all be gone in time and only the fat cows at the top left behind. Let’s see who pays their massive salarIes then…
Why isn’t Elliot forcing them to take pay-cuts???!!!!
I've been wanting out of this job for years but stayed because of momentum. Now it's the absolute worst time for me to lose my job, I carry my family's insurance, my wife is pregnant and we don't exactly live in a stellar job market. I wish I could be relieved they made the choice for me. But fu-k these people for real, I hope every one of you ends up somewhere better, somewhere you're respected. And I hope Sujit give Karthik cr--s.
I weirdly needed to hear someone say they feel good about this. Thanks, OP. Have a great life out there away from this mess.
the anxiety is so hard to handle
losing insurance etc
but im trying
Exactly.
These creeps basically told us how they're going to sweetly, gently fire us all, and we should be proud where we've brought the company... SMH. And... merit increases for anyone who stays (except you're going to get let go once you train your replacement). The way they deliver this doublespeak with a smile reveals their sociopathy. Nielsen Doesn't Give A Sh-t™. What a fu--ing joke.
