Do not under any circumstances come and work here.your life will be put on hold for over a year maybe longer before you get a chance of being permanent.disgraceful treatment when you have permanent people leaving weekly.

There is no waters without operators.managers got your back when you were sick and had personal issues are easy employment laws to follow.the inhouse sneaky wage inequalities and jobs for the tell tale toby ju-s is their real forte.you pal can speak till the cows come home but I'll be going where it hurts and works,fb,x,glassdoor,indeed,LinkedIn and here.
Waters has been good for me, just an ordinary operative but whenever Ive had issues like sick leave, or personal issues management have had my back, shame on those who constantly bad mouth the company, you people obviously have a chip on Ur shoulder and in need of a good look at ur selfs, so grow up or get out.
What is wrong with some people in Waters, you moan and winge about the place but won't do anything about it except give out here, yes waters have issues, middle management for one, too many leaders in column manufacturing, company politics, people getting promoted when not there long, many companies have these issues but like me I have spoken up about these issues about time all you wingy keyboard warriors do the same, speak 🗣️
