Am I Paranoid, or Anyone Else too

I work in corporate, LIC specifically. Im feeling very off "shade" vibes, almost if their scanning for upcoming people that are not neccessary for 2nd wave if it comes. If the post on Q1 results is correct (meaning sink or swim = more cuts) then maybe im prey or could just be rattled in hostile environment

We had quarter planning and our VP basically said let’s do our best in Q1 and see how it goes.

So, your saying we have to fully lie on the survey bc its tied to our bonus??
Which highly doubt exists since we still have a job at all.
Also my department...its not optional to take,its mandatory, so maybe your right. Either way...just another thing to put knot in my stomach .
P.s. this would be 3rd yr in a row i gave a Sh*! Review so theres that as well

I applaud the last poster for having the guts to submit an honest pulse survey. Thank you. I work amongst so many sheep that complain all day, every day, but then take the survey and say what the company wants to hear, not what they NEED to hear.
After many years of taking the survey myself and being honest, not nasty, but honest and even offered cost-saving measures on how the store could do some things more efficiently with the small staff it had, I realized the survey is all for show- to make us feel they care. They don't. Now I refuse to take the survey and to all of you reading this who decide to take the survey: BE HONEST. If you can't be honest, then refuse to take it.

I did my pulse survey, i know its not anonymous & i blasted the strongly disagree button. Not sure if i shot myself in the foot...but i also am now more convinced than ever the cuts in our department were 100% personal...so i was not gonna kiss the a..., it wouldnt matter anyway. I dont know if more cuts are coming or how soon, but the dust is definitely not settled

The 2nd wave of cuts is coming, it's just a matter of time ⏳ 👀 our store is struggling in sales and loyaltys. Hardly any customers shopping in our store and we are a dual box locations.

Same, I’m not even paying attention to the big rock or qt planning at the moment, with the reorg I can’t see myself survive the next round, current manager has folks been there for 2+years and pretty sure if there’s a cut it’s gonna be the new comers from other teams
