Each layoff lays off new comers first . Layoff should focus on hostile managers and persons. There are too many folks in q com does not work much and only work using their mouth and jump up and down to show transparency in management. Also many folks do nothing but protected by managers hardly since they only know how to be faithful. These relationships and networks should be broken ortherwise new comers will have no room to live.

Management in gsoc are all bundled together, if you are not son of Paul Pensus like kambiz whatever you do does not matter. No matter how well you perform they can paint you really bad in performance reviews and let you out, how ugly this culture is. It is really like working with a group of wild dog.
Hostile managers? Lol. Not the ones I've seen. They're too ch!ckensh!t to be outwardly hostile. They just huddle together and st@b you in the back behind protected closed doors at perf review time. They don't have the b@lls to confront directly with any real facts.
