They are going to have only 20% on sales floor during open hours. The rest will work overnight cleaning, pulling orders, putting returns away and down stocking. The customer will help themselves and find items via Lowe's app. Mst's will do IRP and price changes. Similar to Home Depot's store models. Good Luck !
I’m sure all of the posts are the complainers that when asked to do something find every excuse not find way do it find a new job !
Guys, payroll is a little tight right now can we cut the overtime.
Poor ASMs, I feel for them, their $7500 from last year is reduced to $5000. This id--tic company should've kept the CSA bonus the same as last year and cut everyone else. I can't wait for the "earnings" announcement. 😬
what a great way to create disgruntled employees
How about ASM's get $5000 bonus. Full timers get $400. Part timers get $200. Anybody see something wrong with that disparagement?
The 20 percent is not going away it’s good until 3-6 and the on 3-7 there will be a new coupon to come out when the ne w Lowes consumer card comes out that is reward Lowea card. I’m 100 percent positive on this
The Vegas meeting is an irrelevant boondoggle (which costs in excess of $2 million which our "leadership" is deluded into thinking the Vendors "pay for" but comes back to us in the costs of our products). The REAL news will come shortly after March 1 when we announce our horrendous Q4 numbers vs. Depot. If ya can, get out NOW.
20% off first use of a new account is what they were referring to in the previous post.
IF the 20% off the first $500 is ending, this assinine company will regret their stupidity.
RIP LOWES
If there are any really big changes coming, they won’t reveal it at the Vegas meeting. That’s their big celebration. They reveal new products, award prizes, blah blah blah. They won’t bring the whole thing down by telling you about layoffs or organizational changes. They’re not going to do it that way because it will give everyone a heads up.
If there are big changes coming, you’ll find out in the next couple of weeks. They’ll notify the district staff and store managers and there will be a mandatory meeting. That’s when you’ll know. The people who are affected will be brought in, the senior managers in the building (ASMs, HR & Store Manager) will all have their little pieces of paper with their talking points and a look on their faces like they’re having serious cramps. That’s when you’ll know that you’re about to get f*cked hard.
Good Luck.
20% what? Only thing that was really said was msts will now do promo signage and irps
I'd like to know if the 20% is really going away. A cashier claims yes, a guy in back says no way.
