Can someone please confirm the severance structure for the US? I’m hearing 2 weeks for every year served OR depending on annual pay (for example $100k+ minimum of 12 weeks) plus Warn period? Is it the 2 weeks per year or is it based off the annual pay?

You get 2 weeks pay per full year employed, with the minimum # of weeks based on your salary amount), max 52 weeks. Plus, you’ll get WARN pay out if you qualify.
