Feels quiet in office lately but a few zoom meetings. Does anyone feel the same and everyone is waiting for something?

its quiet because those who know who getting can are scared to speak and lose it.
This year is a wash. Especially in technology where Q2 is already underway. By the time leadership gets their act together it will be Q3 when everything is done for the year. I don’t see any light at the end of the tunnel.
It is quiet because people managers are waiting for orders from bosses, you will hear changes starting from 1st week of March.
Yes. Meeting are getting cancelled or rescheduled left and right. Who knows what's going on right now. Could be another sweep of reviewing on who will stay or go or anything else expense saving related.

In our department it is always quiet every January.
