A strong leader is not just a visionary but has in depth knowledge of what it takes to be successful. Judy has the wisdom to refuse acquisition as she knew integration would ruin her core system. Unlike other “orgs” like this only interested in short term gain. Consistent failures after each acquisition failed to integrate. Cover up with outsourcing/offshoring and to the extent of unethical business practices. Rid of employees with RIFs. When the leadership will be held accountable?
