Does anyone know how many weeks per year they give currently, and is there a cap?

Was it not 4 weeks per year plus 2 weeks statutory per year (capped at €600 per week). Plus 2 weeks statutory.

Plus holiday entitlement, etc
6 weeks per year and a bonus 4 weeks capped at 2 years OTE
Is it a flat 6 weeks? Anything for length of tenure?
