If you are a bad CEO who is lying to and undermining her employees, an anonymous bi--hing blog is your best friend. Everyone employee who is venting his or her stress here is that much less likely to be building networks of coworkers to undermine bad leadership and support each other.

What a horrible way to lay people off. Zero dignity or respect for anyone. Glad my division was sold.
I have confidence in the CEO. The company was in dire straits before due to years of bad managerial decisions. It takes courage and conviction to make hard decisions to turn around a company like this.
I can't even imagine what kind of mental gymnastics it took to come up with that ... whatever it is. Buddy, eat a Snickers.
For a company with thousands of employees its really no different then group texts, etc.
