Back to Before Pandemic Conditions (!)

I heard this many times from whom that are trying to promote the hybrid work but is going to office is enough to go back to the before pandemic conditions? Why cannot our purchase power go back to before pandemic condition? At this time, transportation and daily expenses of going to work is such a big part in our budgets but high management rather stay quiet about this, or they recommend silly ideas that obviously shows they don't face any financial problems from their comfy seats.

In my team multiple people moved out of the city because it's impossible to afford a living with current salaries in the capital, I was considering this too but now I just rather to change my company than my city :)

cafeteria at 176 is not even open on Fridays and the neighborhoods are much too small to handle all the people coming back.

It’s less flexible than pre-pandemic for a lot of people.

My team was coming in one day a week for almost 10 years before the pandemic, now we are being forced back to 3 days. Ridiculous.

It’s not back to before the pandemic. We don’t even have enough seating or permanent locations!
