.... based on treatment inside sales is probably the most disrepected area of dell. They are viewed as a replacable overlay that just does the "donkey work" as i recall a snr inside sales manager stating, even though if anything goes wrong ots all up to inside sales to resolve...

Sales' status is "field", the options being "field", "onsite", "hybrid", or "remote". They all have different levels of requirement to spend some days (all days if you're an onsite employee) at a Dell office.

Managment told us we would be never go back to the way things where.
Management told us no more layoffs.
Managment told us we are valued and are a family.
