No org specific comms, e.g Dell Digital where many SWE/PM/etc are mostly remote for decade plus now.
Leaders up and down the chain very quiet so far. They have known for weeks at some levels, but the communication strategy is just have an HR scapegoat send an email and what!!?
They were collectively asked to come up with a single coherent thought and they are now stuck in a state of stage fright and mental paralysis.
We still haven't had a proper sales kick off in 3 years!! Every other vendor going to Vegas but cheap Dell we cant travel down there street or expense a cup of coffee!
