Looks like most tech companies are culling the herd to get the stock price up so Intuit would be wise to follow their example by ordering a company-wide policy to return to the office(ending remote work) and the ones that do not go back will be self-terminated. Then for the the second round, you can use AI to look for patterns on the best ways to eliminate people based on reviews, age, and educational rank. The focus should be on intelligence and their potential for the company not hackneyed ideas from ten years of ago i.e. seniority. Google and Facebook get it, so I imagine Intuit will do the most rational thing and follow suit.
