Constructive criticism doesn't exist to the elites. It's just a venting mechanism to make you feel heard. No one reads them above the folks who post them.
Tell Dell result will be another record improvement like last year, the year before..... I often question what people fill in their forms. Or the people on this forum are the minority.
I doubt there will be a Tell Dell this year. It costs money and, they know what feedback they'll receive so why bother?
On my team we all answere honestly on the manager who is pretty decent to the team.
However compensation and salary increases did get mentioned by the whole team and we have actually had compensation decrease due to crazy targets.
Plus we mentioned nobody wants to go back to the office and got the announcement today.
Make a plan and leave.Dont wait for Tell Dell.
