Anyone know how the packages/ payouts (if any) are for those who have been laid off?

They pay absolutely min not even enough to live on for 6 months it's shocking and that's 10 years service.
@2fvj+1qW9P9xt mine is bigger than yours.
First hand "experience" is here - Weekly salary for every year of service (service is calculated from the LATEST signed employment agreement e.g. if you are 18 years with the company but got transferred 9 years ago and signed another agreement it will only result in 9 service years. I'm not 100% sure whether it's capped to 26 weeks as I was not that long with the company. On top of that, 2 week salary is also given. If you are eligible for ICP bonus that will be also paid (sometime in March). 3 months medical coverage (health, vision & dental) is included + info on how to apply for TX unemployment benefits and free of charge help with preparing for the job search (CV prep, etc..)
S:PECIAL BoneUS PACKAGE coming; all dependent on your level and pecking order in the organization.
Alway remember: DIFFERENT RULES FOR DIFFERENT FOOLS!
One guy got $70,000 severance and his bonus in March...
The internal campaign is actually called "are you ok?". They even have hard hats now.

Pat on the back, question "how are you?" to showcase the core value of care and a steel tip booth out in the spirit of cost saving and efficiency. You guys in the US are so cheap to get rid of. No wonder you always get the first haircut.
1 weeks pay per year of service. 2 weeks pay for getting no notice. 3 months benefits. Then a boot out the door
Last time was a week of pay per year service I think? And a few months benefit extension. Never sure about bonus, might depend on location
